Egypt stocks closed in the red on Sunday, with the main benchmark, EGX30 dropping 1.93 per cent to close at 4,298 points.
Total turnover,however, remained to be weak at LE170.7 million ($28.5 million), with building materials and construction making 16 per cent of the day’s volume.
