Aljazeera has reported that newly-appointed Prime Minister Kamal El-Ganzouri has offered to form a consultancy council that includes Mohamed ElBaradei, Hazem Salah Abou-Ismail and others proposed by Tahrir Square protesters for a national salvation government.
