Russia's defence minister Sergey Shoigu met on Wednesday in Cairo with Egyptian counterpart Sedky Sobhi as part of the fourth meeting of the Russian-Egyptian commission for military and technical cooperation, according to the Ministry of Defense.
The two ministers discussed boosting military cooperation amid the ongoing developments in the Middle East.
