A source in the International Medical Centre where deposed president Hosni Mubarak is detained has denied rumours spreading Thursday that Mubarak was dead, said Ahram website Thursday
According to the unnamed medical source, medical reports show that Mubarak's health is stable, adding that he is still receiving treatment in his room on the fifth floor of the centre.
Early Thursday a rumour spread on several news sites claiming Mubarak had died.
The ousted president’s trial on charges of killing peaceful protesters will resume 28 December.
