Egypt's MEDAF Investments enterprise announced its entire acquisition of Guardian Asset Management enterprise, which is specialized in portfolios management and formation.
According to a statement released by MEDAF, Chairman of MEDAF Holding Hamdi Rashad said that the acquisition is in the sake of engaging the area of portfolios and investment funds management as a apart of MEDAF strategy to expand in regional and domestic market , and some of European an African markets as well.
