Berekum Chelsea's Ghana's president Emmanuel Kyeremeh revealed on Monday that club will fortify their squad before the CAF Champions League group stages set to be played next July.
“We registered I think 23 players for the competition so we still have slots to accommodate players,” Kyeremeh was quoted as saying by Ghanasoccer website on Monday.
“Some of the players who have not been involved would also probably make way for others because we will count on the whole squad.
“The technical team will look at all these things and we will support in any way we can to make sure we progress further from this stage,” he added
The Ghanaian side who made their first appearance in the continental competition this season, reached the competition's group stage at the expense of Cotton port of Cameroon after a 2-1 win on aggregate.
The Ghanaians have had significant victories in past rounds, beating three-time champions Raja Casablanca of Morocco in round 32 with a 5-3 win on aggregate.
