The tour will begin in Toronto, Canada on 24 November, followed by cities across the US: New York (25 November), Houston (26 November), Detroit (1 December) and Los Angeles (3 November).
The tour was announced two weeks ago by Hamaki and the media production companies organizing the concerts, Keme Productions and Elegant Stars.
A few days after this announcement, Hamaki spoke on social media about his intention to donate concert proceeds to humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza.
With his North America tour still one month ahead, it is not clear which concerts to which Hamaki is referring, or if he plans to hold any other concerts in Egypt or the Middle East before the tour launches.
Hamaki is among the top Egyptian pop stars of his generation.
Born in 1975, he released his first album Khalena Neysh in 2003, followed by more than a dozen of other albums, with the latest one being Ya Fatenny (2021).
Hamaki won the Best Arabia Act award from MTV Europe Music Awards and the Music Award in 2006, for Ahla Haga Fiki.
