The governing body released a statement listing the clubs subject to the transfer ban, which includes Zamalek, Maqassa, Haras El-Hodoud, and Eastern Company.
Zamalek officially acknowledged the transfer ban in a statement last week, affirming their commitment to resolving the issue.
The Federal Court in Switzerland has recently dismissed Zamalek's appeal against the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruling, which mandated the club to pay 2.4 million euros to Boutaib after unilaterally terminating his contract in 2020.
Boutaib, 37, joined Zamalek in January 2019 from Turkish side Yeni Maltayspor, following an impressive performance for Morocco in the 2018 World Cup.
However, persistent knee injuries hampered his progress at the club, leading the former president to terminate his three-and-a-half-year contract after just a year.
Boutaib lodged a complaint with FIFA against Zamalek, and he emerged victorious in his case.
This is not the first time Zamalek face a transfer ban. The club encountered a similar situation in 2023, but the new management successfully lifted the ban by fulfilling their financial obligations to other clubs and players.
