Thurs 23, 8pm: Wences Music Sessions, this series of music sessions organized, in collaboration with Goethe Institute, will bring intimacy to the shared space of the audience and musicians by organizing musical performances in alternative venues throughout the city of Alexandria.Wanes Music Sessions are coordinated by Alexandrian musician Ayman Asfour. In the Three-Room Experiment, trumpet player and composer Mohamed El-Sawah attempts to present compositions for three brass wind instruments, namely the trumpet, trombone, and tuba, in a different way to the public. The public will have an opportunity to listen to the sound of these instruments closely and in the acoustic context of three different rooms in Janaklis Studio.
