According to the EMA, temperatures are expected to range from warm to hot during the daytime in northern regions, including Greater Cairo and North Upper Egypt. In South Upper Egypt, the weather will be intensely hot.
However, temperatures will become moderate by night and during the early morning hours in most areas.
On Thursday, moderate wind activity is expected in parts of the Western Desert, the Western North coasts, and South Sinai.
On Friday, light rain may fall intermittently over far western parts of the northern coasts.
From Saturday to Tuesday, intermittent winds are expected in South Sinai.
Greater Cairo is experiencing a significant temperature shift, with readings eleven degrees higher than those recorded last week — a typical hallmark of the spring season, known for its sharp and sudden fluctuations.
In Greater Cairo and the Nile Delta, highs will be between 31–32°C. Meanwhile, on the North Coast, it will be between 24–25°C. In North Upper Egypt, highs will be between 32–34°C, and in South Upper Egypt, between 36–37 °C.
