Ahly player Abdelrahman Faysal has completed his move to French giants Paris Saint-Germain, the club announced on Monday.
“PSG Handball are delighted to announce the signing of Abdelrahman Abdou from Ahly,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
The Egyptian international has signed for the 2025/2026 season.
The 29-year-old was instrumental in Ahly’s outstanding campaign last season, during which the club won all possible titles under Danish coach Stefan Madsen, who will take charge of PSG next season.
Faysal will join compatriot Yehya Khaled, who has been with the French side since 2024.
He is Ahly’s second player to leave the club following forward Ahmed Adel’s transfer to Hungarian side Veszprém.
