In a statement, the health ministry said that an "Israeli enemy" drone strike on a car near al-Numairiya, Nabatiyeh district killed one person and wounded five others.
There were no immediate comments from the Israeli military on the incident.
Israel has continued regular strikes on Lebanon, particularly in the south, in violation of a November 27 ceasefire. The agreement — aimed at ending more than a year of hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah, which escalated into a two-month war and Israeli invasion in September — required Israel to fully withdraw from southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah, under the same agreement, was to pull its fighters back north of the Litani River, about 30 kilometres (20 miles) from the Israeli border, leaving the Lebanese army and United Nations peacekeepers as the only armed forces in the area.
While the ceasefire obliges Israel to fully withdraw its troops, it continues to occupy five locations in southern Lebanon that it considers strategically important.
On Friday, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said that while he was open to peaceful relations with Israel, normalization of ties was "not currently part of Lebanese foreign policy".
