The 27-year-old defensive midfielder has been linked with a move away from the Egyptian champions, amid reports that both Al-Hazm and Qatari outfit Al-Wakrah are interested in acquiring his services.
However, the Egyptian Premier League champions rejected the offer, stating that Dieng is "not for sale."
Dieng recently returned to Ahly following a one-year loan spell at Saudi Pro League side Al-Kholood, where he featured in 31 games and scored three goals.
The Malian defensive midfielder featured in only one game for Ahly at the Club World Cup as he came in as a substitute in the 4-4 draw against Portuguese side Porto.
Since arriving from Algeria’s MC Alger in 2019, Dieng has become an influential player for the Red Devils, taking part in 214 games across all competitions, scoring seven goals and providing 11 assists.
During his tenure at the African powerhouse, he helped the club secure a host of trophies including three Egyptian Premier League, three Egypt Cup, four Egyptian Super Cup, four CAF Champions League, and two CAF Super Cup titles.
