The "Tel Aviv Brotherhood is allied with the occupation, sells the lives and blood of its brothers, and pursues the interests of a small group," added Rashwan.
"The National Dialogue Board of Trustees followed with great interest and full condemnation what took place today in front of the Egyptian embassy in Tel Aviv, a gathering called for by the so-called Islamic Movement inside Palestine."
The Board of Trustees cannot find "appropriate words" to describe a demonstration against Egypt in front of its embassy in the capital of Israel under the flimsy pretext of "Egypt's failure to lift the siege of Gaza."
He added that despite the embassy protests, "all the official headquarters of the occupying state, which has killed and wounded nearly 200,000 Palestinian citizens in Gaza and destroyed 90% of its territory, are located just steps away from the demonstration site, and none of the demonstrators approached them."
"This position, which demonstrates nothing but complicity with the occupying state and its army in the war of extermination against the Palestinian people, a war of extermination of which the demonstrators in front of the Egyptian embassy are supposedly a part, clearly demonstrates the true position of the parent group of this movement, the Muslim Brotherhood, which called for the demonstration."
He stressed that their "true priority is opposing the Egyptian regime, not resisting the occupation, its state, and its army, and defending the proud and afflicted people of Gaza. The fact that the authorities of this state granted this movement permission to hold the demonstration confirms the shared goal of distorting Egypt's firm stance on the Palestinian people and their just cause, and their joint, failed effort to destabilize the Egyptian state."
"The Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue strongly condemns this move, which can only be described for what it truly is: "serving the occupier, selling the lives and blood of our brothers, and pursuing narrow private interests, not liberating the homeland."
"Finally, the trustee board affirms its complete confidence in the overwhelming majority of the Palestinian people within the Green Line, their constant commitment to a clear vision and coherent stance against all the brutal practices of the occupying state, and their complete condemnation of such a move, which targets only the narrow, private interests of a terrorist group and its affiliated movement, whose sole responsibility is to implement its decisions with complete obedience."
