The 26-year-old striker arrives following a loan spell at Scotland’s Aberdeen FC. He scored five goals and registered one assist in 31 appearances last season.

The move headlines a broader summer overhaul for Zamalek, who are rebuilding after a turbulent season.

“Zamalek are a big club, and I am delighted to join,” Dabbagh told the club’s official website on Tuesday.

“My ambitions are limitless, and my goal is to win all possible titles and help the team perform at its best.”

In addition to Dabbagh, Zamalek have added winger Adam Kaied, Angolan forward Chico Banza, Morocco U-20 international Abdelhamid Maali, goalkeeper El-Mahdi Soliman, and domestic players Amr Nasser, Ahmed Sherif, Ahmed Rabie and Mohamed Ismael.

Dabbagh is Palestine’s all-time top scorer, with 16 goals in 42 appearances to date.

The White Knights open their new league season on 8 August with a challenging fixture against Ceramica Cleopatra at Suez Stadium.
