WAFA correspondent reported that six civilians were killed in an Israeli shelling targeting a tent sheltering displaced people at the Beer Sheva Mosque in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood northwest of Gaza City.

The shelling led to the killing of local resident Abdullah Abu al-Jubein, his wife, and children.

A woman was also killed and a man was seriously injured in Israeli strikes that targeted three houses near the city's Al-Shawa Square.

These new casualty figures raise the number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli genocidal war on the strip since October 2023 to over 61,200 and those wounded to over 150,000, mostly women and children.

The number of Palestinians who died of starvation amid the ongoing Israeli blockade on Gaza has risen to 197, including nearly 100 children.
