The Pharaohs had opened their continental campaign with a goalless draw against Ethiopia last week.
Egypt top Group A with four points, while Morocco, Ethiopia and Tunisia each have one point.
Hosts Morocco will face Ethiopia later on Saturday.
The top two teams from each of the four groups qualify automatically for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar next November.
The four third-placed teams will advance to playoffs to determine the remaining two African qualifiers, with the continent allocated 10 spots at the World Cup.
Egypt will conclude their group-stage campaign against Morocco on Tuesday.
