The company said the system came into effect on Monday and includes unified digital management of documents, correspondence and internal workflows.
The announcement coincided with the 63rd anniversary of the inauguration of Cairo International Airport.

Company chairman Ayman Arab said the transition followed more than a year of work upgrading technological infrastructure, including expanding computer networks, introducing official email systems and training employees.
He said the new system was designed to speed up procedures, improve coordination between departments and support what he described as a “paperless office” model.
According to the company, the system includes a platform for institutional document management and workflow processing, alongside the integration of financial and operational procedures through an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Paper circulation will no longer be the main method of internal operation, with physical documents limited to specific cases under new regulations, the company said.
Officials said the digital transformation was also intended to improve transparency, speed up decision-making and reduce paper consumption.
