Kahrabaa Ismailia were held to a 2-2 draw by Arab Contractors, Haras El-Hodoud lost 3-0 to Petrojet on Saturday, while Pharco FC suffered a 1-0 defeat by NBE Club in the 12th matchday of the relegation group.
The three teams joined already relegated Ismaily, who sit bottom of the standings with 20 points in the 14-team relegation group.
Kahrabaa Ismailia are 11th with 31 points, five ahead of 12th-placed Haras El-Hodoud. Pharco FC are 13th with 22 points.
Under the current league format, the top seven teams advanced to a mini-league to determine the champion, with Zamalek securing the title.
The remaining 14 sides competed separately to determine the four relegation places.
In the final round of the relegation group on Thursday, Ismaily will face Pharco FC, Haras El-Hodoud will take on Ghazl El-Mahalla and Kahrabaa Ismailia will play ZED FC.
