Israeli occupation forces killed four Palestinians, including a woman and a young girl, and wounded several others on Monday in attacks across the Gaza Strip, amid continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.

According to the Palestinian Information Centre, a 31-year-old woman and a six-year-old child were killed, and at least 17 others were wounded in an Israeli strike targeting the Ghaith displacement camp west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Medical sources also reported the death of a Palestinian man who succumbed to injuries sustained days earlier in an Israeli strike that targeted security personnel near the 17 Roundabout area in northwestern Gaza.

The sources further confirmed the death of another young man who had been critically wounded in an Israeli attack on the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis two days ago.

On Sunday, five Palestinians, including three members of the same family, were killed and others were injured in separate Israeli attacks across the territory.

Despite the ceasefire brokered by Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the United States on 10 October, Israeli occupation forces have continued to violate the truce, carrying out airstrikes, artillery shelling, demolitions, and military operations across Gaza.

According to figures released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israeli attacks have killed at least 905 Palestinians and wounded 2,713 others since the ceasefire came into effect.

The ministry said the overall death toll since the start of Israel's genocidal war on 7 October 2023 has reached 72,797, with 172,821 wounded.

Humanitarian conditions in Gaza continue to worsen as the Israeli occupation authorities continue to restrict the entry of aid into the Palestinian Strip in violation of the ceasefire.

The World Health Organization (WHO) warned on Friday that hospitals in Gaza are being prevented from functioning properly due to a severe shortage of medical supplies, denouncing Israeli restrictions on essential items.

The organization added that more than 43,000 people in Gaza have life-changing injuries from the war, including 10,000 children.

"They require long-term rehabilitation, prosthetics and assistive devices, many of which face delays and restrictions on entry," it noted.

Last September, the United Nations (UN) Independent International Commission of Inquiry (COI) stated that Israel committed a "genocide" in Gaza in a bid to "destroy the Palestinians" there.
