The forum is the first event of its kind dedicated to documenting the journey of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital and highlighting the key milestones achieved over a decade of planning, construction, and development.
The event marks ten years since the launch of the New Administrative Capital project, which has evolved from an ambitious vision into an integrated modern city and one of Egypt’s most prominent national development projects, reflecting a model of cooperation between the state and the private sector in implementing large-scale strategic initiatives.
Capital Forum 2026 will review the city’s transformation and showcase its urban, economic, and investment achievements while examining future investment opportunities and their role in supporting Egypt’s economy and attracting both domestic and foreign investment.
The forum will also bring together ministers, senior government officials, policymakers, business leaders, real estate developers, investors, and experts to discuss the success stories associated with the New Administrative Capital and explore the future of urban development and investment in Egypt.
According to the organisers, the forum will serve as a national platform to document one of the country’s most significant development stories in recent history and to highlight the scale of the efforts undertaken to establish an integrated smart city that has become a symbol of the New Republic and a testament to Egypt’s capacity to deliver mega projects in line with international standards.
Held under the theme “From Desert to a Global Capital,” the forum seeks to reflect the remarkable transformation of the New Administrative Capital into a model for sustainable planning, modern construction, and future-oriented development.
