The convoy, comprising several trucks, was sent to Gaza as part of the ERC's role as Egypt's national mechanism for coordinating humanitarian assistance to the territory.
The shipment included food baskets, flour, medical supplies, relief items, and petroleum products needed to operate hospitals and other vital facilities in Gaza.
The ERC said it has also provided clothing and tents to help meet the basic needs of displaced and affected residents.
The organization affirmed that it has maintained a presence at the border since the outbreak of the Gaza war and that the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.
It added that its teams remain on alert across its logistics centres to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance into the territory.
According to the ERC, the volume of aid delivered to Gaza has now exceeded one million tons, with support from more than 65,000 volunteers involved in relief operations.
In a related development, Hamas said on Sunday it had submitted a unified Palestinian response to a roadmap for implementing the second phase of US President Donald Trump's Gaza peace plan following a week of consultations in Cairo involving Palestinian factions and mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey.
The group said the joint response reaffirmed demands for the full implementation of the ceasefire's first phase, including unrestricted humanitarian aid deliveries, a complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, reconstruction efforts, and the deployment of a technocratic Palestinian committee to administer the territory.
Hamas added that its delegation, led by Khalil Al-Hayya, would continue talks with mediators in Cairo. At the same time, disagreements over Israel's withdrawal and Hamas's future arms status remain among the main obstacles to advancing the next phase of the agreement.
