Civil defence officials said a drone targeted a metal workshop in a southern district of Gaza City, the enclave's main urban centre, killing four people and wounding others.
Al-Shifa Hospital said it received the four bodies.
In a separate incident, Israeli machinegun fire killed a girl in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, according to the civil defence agency.
Her body was taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Before Sunday's deaths, Israeli attacks had killed at least 1,098 Palestinians in Gaza since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025, according to the territory's health ministry.
Israel has repeatedly violated the ceasefire by expanding its occupation and maintaining its blockade of Gaza. Israel's ongoing attacks, refusal to withdraw from agreed areas, and continued restrictions have undermined progress toward the agreement's second phase, which was intended to transfer control from Hamas to a technocratic government and begin reconstruction of the war-ravaged territory.
Overall, Israel's war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has killed at least 73,110 Palestinians and injured more than 173,599 others, according to Gaza's health ministry. Many of the dead and wounded are women and children.
