The role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly creative, and forward-thinking Video & Content Creator to lead our multimedia storytelling across multiple platforms. This isn't just a traditional editing role—we need a modern creator who understands platform algorithms and knows how to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to supercharge production speed and quality.
From high-energy TikToks to deeply engaging long-form YouTube videos, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Format Adaptation: Seamlessly pivot between long-form landscape videos (YouTube/Facebook) and short-form vertical content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
- AI Integration: Utilize modern AI tools for script brainstorming, automated editing workflows, asset generation, and enhancing production efficiency.
- Scriptwriting & Voiceover: Write compelling, fluent English scripts and deliver professional, engaging voiceovers for various video formats.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Stay ahead of platform trends, platform-specific features, and algorithmic changes to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Language Mastery: Professional-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini).
- Platform Savvy: A deep understanding of what makes a video go viral or engage deeply on TikTok vs. YouTube vs. Facebook.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a diverse range of video formats, styles, and clear storytelling.
