The deal was announced during a ceremony at the Giza Pyramids, where the club also revealed that its under-construction stadium will be named Vodafone Stadium.
The agreement is worth EGP 1.35 billion ($26.6 million).
As part of the deal, Vodafone will become the main sponsor on Ahly's playing shirts.
"It's the biggest investment deal in the history of Middle Eastern sport," Ahly said in a post on X.
The club also unveiled its new adidas kit for the 2026-27 season.
The ceremony was attended by Egypt's Minister of Youth and Sports, Gohar Nabil, Ahly president Mahmoud El Khatib and Vodafone representatives.
"The government supports large-scale investment and sports projects," Gohar Nabil said during the event.
