The convoy carried more than 1,532 tons of food parcels, 250 tons of relief and medical supplies and medicines, and over 1,446 tons of petroleum products to operate hospitals and other vital facilities in Gaza.
The ERC, Egypt's national mechanism for coordinating aid deliveries to Gaza, said it has maintained a presence at the border since the outbreak of the war and that the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.
Since the start of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, more than one million tons of humanitarian aid have been delivered through the ERC's logistical centres with the participation of over 75,000 volunteers, it added.
The latest convoy followed the dispatch of the 247th convoy on Sunday, which included more than 98,000 food parcels, flour, medical supplies, relief aid, and fuel. Earlier, the ERC's 246th convoy coincided with the arrival of the 68th group of wounded and sick Palestinians evacuated to Egypt for treatment.
According to the International Rescue Committee (IRC), around 1.6 million Palestinians face high levels of food insecurity or worse, while more than 100,000 children under the age of five are projected to suffer acute malnutrition in 2026.
The IRC added that only slightly more than half of Gaza's hospitals remain partially operational.
The latest shipment also comes amid continuing Israeli attacks. Palestinian health officials said at least 1,230 people had been killed since the ceasefire by Sunday.
Recent strikes also destroyed two medicine warehouses near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah containing dialysis and wound-treatment supplies.
