"Zamalek have reached a mutual agreement with Tunisian striker Seifeddine Jaziri to terminate his contract," the club said in a statement on Monday.
The 33-year-old joined Zamalek on loan from Arab Contractors in January 2021 before making the move permanent in October of the same year. His contract had been due to run until January 2027 before being terminated by mutual consent.
Jaziri, who began his professional career with Tunisian side Club Africain in 2011, made 185 appearances for Zamalek, scoring 48 goals and providing 19 assists.
He established himself among the club's leading foreign goalscorers and finished as the Egypt Cup's top scorer in the 2022/23 season.
During his spell with the White Knights, Jaziri won seven trophies, including the CAF Confederation Cup, two Egypt Cup titles, three Egyptian Premier League crowns, and the Egyptian Super Cup in the 2024/25 season.
Jaziri is the second high-profile player to leave Zamalek this summer following the departure of Egypt international defender Hossam Abdelmaguid.
The Cairo giants remain under a FIFA transfer ban after accumulating a series of sanctions over the past two years.
Under FIFA regulations, the restrictions will remain in place until the club resolves all outstanding cases.
