The convoy comprised several trucks carrying food parcels, flour, relief supplies, medical equipment, medicines, and fuel needed to operate hospitals and other vital facilities in Gaza.
The ERC did not specify the convoy's total weight. Its 249th convoy delivered more than 3,430 tons of aid on Tuesday, while the 248th carried over 3,229 tons a day earlier.
The organization said it has maintained a continuous presence at the border since the war began and remains on high alert across its logistics centres to facilitate aid deliveries.
It reiterated that the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.
According to the ERC, Egypt has channelled more than one million tons of humanitarian aid into the strip since the outbreak of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, with the participation of over 75,000 volunteers.
The latest convoy coincided with FM Abdelatty’s participation in a ministerial meeting on Jerusalem in the Jordanian capital, convened to coordinate Arab positions on developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and preserve Jerusalem’s legal and historical status quo.
During talks with Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti on the sidelines of the meeting, Abdelatty stressed the need to complete the first phase of the Gaza agreement, secure Israel's withdrawal from the strip, and begin early recovery and reconstruction programmes.
He also called for the full, safe, and sustained delivery of humanitarian aid into Gaza amid worsening conditions in the territory.
Around 1.6 million Palestinians face acute food insecurity or worse, while more than 100,000 children under five are projected to suffer acute malnutrition in 2026. Only slightly more than half of Gaza's hospitals remain partially operational, according to humanitarian assessments.
The diplomatic talks come as Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the United States continue efforts to implement a roadmap for the next phase of the Gaza ceasefire, covering Israel's withdrawal, transitional governance, security arrangements, and reconstruction.
