The aid included food parcels, flour, relief and medical supplies, and fuel needed to operate hospitals and other vital facilities in the besieged territory.
The convoy was sent as part of the ERC’s role as Egypt’s national mechanism for coordinating humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza.
The organization said it has maintained a presence along the border since the crisis began, stressing that the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.
It added that its logistics centres have remained on high alert to facilitate aid deliveries, which have exceeded one million tons since Israel's genocidal war started, with the support of more than 75,000 volunteers.
The latest convoy comes amid renewed diplomatic efforts to advance a US-backed plan for Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the proposal on Sunday, objecting to provisions under which Hamas would hand over its weapons to an emerging Palestinian governing body and Israel would begin withdrawing from the strip.
Hamas has urged the Trump administration to compel Israel to comply with the ceasefire agreement.
