Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said the strike targeted a vehicle in the southern city of Nabatieh, with the health ministry reporting two wounded.
The ministry said the Israeli military struck again when rescuers from the Risala Scouts Association came to the scene, damaging the ambulance.
"The ministry reiterates its condemnation of the enemy's continued targeting of rescue teams, which constitutes an unacceptable violation of international humanitarian law and all international norms," it said.
Lebanon's civil defence meanwhile said that its personnel were targeted by an Israeli drone strike while they were trying to extinguish a bushfire, also in the Nabatieh area.
No one was wounded, but the incident forced them to leave.
Israel escalated its war on Lebanon in March shortly after Tel Aviv and Washington launched joint strikes on Iran, sparking a regional war that has drawn in other Gulf countries and disrupted shipping routes.
Israel has since expanded its occupation of southern Lebanon, killed more than 4,300 people and displaced over one million in near-daily strikes, despite a ceasefire that has been in force since 17 April.
A US-brokered agreement between Israel and Lebanon establishes a roadmap to end the war through a phased Israeli military withdrawal, the disarmament of Hezbollah, and a Lebanese army deployment into two southern "pilot zones."
However, Israel has stalled implementation of the deal. While Israeli attacks dipped slightly after a June US-Iran memorandum, Israeli occupation forces refuse to abandon their positions, continuing to violate the spirit of the framework by carrying out relentless, large-scale demolitions of entire Lebanese municipalities.
