The decrees include extending the term of Osama Rabie as chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the SCA, having served in the post since 2019.
Ahmed Khaled Hassan Saeed was appointed as vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the SCA, succeeding Ashraf Ibrahim Atwa Megahed, who has served since July 2025.
The decrees further appointed Mostafa Farouk Ismail Shikhoun as Chairman of the General Authority of the SCZone, with the rank of Minister, succeeding Walid Gamal El-Din, who has served since August 2022.
Mohamed Abdel-Fattah Mohamed Abu Bakr was appointed as chairman of the Board of Directors of the AOI, succeeding Mokhtar Abdel-Latif, who has served since August 2022.
According to the Egyptian presidency, all four decisions take effect on 12 August for a period of one year.
