VIDEO: Stories of Egypt's hunger strikes told on stage

A storytelling performance featuring real stories of Egyptian hunger strikers takes place at AUC's Greek Campus in downtown Cairo

The Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies has joined the campaign with supporters, friends and families of the dozens of hunger strikers in Egypt's prisons in their quest for freedom, fair trials and humane treatment while in detention.

Through a performance directed by Shady Abdallah, actors take the stage of AUC's Greek Campus on 19 October to share the uncensored stories that have been gathered from Egypt's prisons regarding the hunger strikes.
