During his stay in Cairo, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed took a tour on Friday of Egypt's New Administrative Capital.
Ahmed had initially visited Egypt to attend the Sudan's Neighbouring Countries Summit, which took place on Thursday.
On the eve of the summit, he held crucial discussions with Egyptian president, Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, that primarily focused on resuming the negotiations over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).
