Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Patricia Espinosa officially signed on Wednesday the Host Country Agreement for the 27th session of the UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP27), which will take place in Sharm El-Sheikh from 6-18 November.
