Egypt has signed three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) to strengthen Egyptian-Chinese relations, the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation announced Saturday.
