Egypt's national team celebrated the arrival and recent wedding of forward Omar Marmoush after the Manchester City player joined the squad in the United States on Thursday ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
The 27-year-old missed the team's initial gathering earlier this week while completing wedding arrangements in Egypt before linking up with his teammates at their training camp.
Players and coaching staff celebrated his arrival and congratulated him on his marriage before the start of Thursday's training session.
"The Egypt national team squad is now complete after Omar Marmoush joined today's training session," the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) said in a statement.
"This comes as part of the preparations for the friendly match against Brazil on 6 June ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup," it added.
Egypt are due to face Brazil in a friendly at Huntington Bank Field on 6 June as part of their preparations for the World Cup finals.
The Pharaohs have been drawn in Group G alongside Belgium, New Zealand, and Iran at the tournament, which will kick off on 11 June and will be jointly hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Egypt will begin their World Cup campaign against Belgium on 15 June before facing New Zealand on 22 June and Iran on 27 June.
