Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry slammed remarks made by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich calling for the “voluntary” displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, saying Israel’s actions in the strip are a war crime.

Egypt started receiving children with cancer from the war-battered Gaza Strip, shortly after Turkey announced plans to take cancer patients for treatment as per an agreement with Egypt, Al-Qahera News reported on Monday.

The Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) said on Sunday that it is ready to send humanitarian aid and relief cargo to Egypt to be delivered to Gaza through the Rafah border crossing, Iranian semi-official Mehr News Agency reported.
