The Brazilian federation said on Wednesday that Brazil will play the friendly to honor the retired striker at Pacaembu Stadium on 7 June.
Ronaldo’s last official match with Brazil was in the 2006 World Cup in Germany, where Brazil lost to France in the quarterfinals.
The 34-year-old Ronaldo retired from Corinthians last month after winning two World Cups and thriving with some of Europe’s top teams.
He played for 18 years despite repeated knee trouble, and left as a three-timer world player of the year and the top goalscorer in World Cup history with 15.
Romario, Zico and Pele also were honoured with farewell matches in Brazil after they retired.
