The free five-week online class, which is aimed to take learners from beginner to expert levels, acts as a doorway into the world of web development.

According to a market research report by Precision Reports, the global web development sector was worth $56 billion in 2021 and is projected to grow at an annual growth rate of 8.03 percent, reaching $89 billion by 2027.

There are no age or background restrictions for this workshop, and prior coding expertise is not required. For simple participation, just a computer, a strong internet connection, and the Microsoft Teams application are required.

The centre details that participants will learn everything there is to know about the key web development tools, such as Visual Code, GitHub, and Google Firebase, as stated in the announcement.

Additionally, the curriculum will cover the most recent web development frameworks and technologies, such as Bootstrap 4, Firebase, NodeJS, Angular, and Express, as well as the principles of programming, such as JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript, Modern JavaScript for 2018: NPM, and ES6 modules.

The announcement states that attendees will have the opportunity to create cutting-edge, intricate, responsive, and scalable web apps with Angular 8.

The class, which spans 12 online sessions offered on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, is scheduled to start on September 17 and last for five weeks, ending on October 15.

Interested applicants can register for the workshops through this link , and the deadline for registration is on 10 September.

On the same day as the registration deadline, selected participants will be notified. To confirm their attendance at the workshop, they must submit a deposit of EGP 1,000.

If participants show commitment throughout the workshop, this money is fully refunded at the end of the session. However, missing even one session will be viewed as a lack of commitment, and the deposit will be lost.

In order to increase awareness of various concerns, the ACC frequently offers online workshops, lectures, and activities that address topics linked to digital and media literacy. These events are primarily targeted towards younger generations.

The ACC recently concluded its Digital Skills Camp that dealt with the advantages and risks of artificial intelligence (AI) in media, creation of ethical media content, and combatting manipulation and misinformation.
